More about the route, places, and experience.
Traveling onward through the breathtaking Dochula Pass, with its panoramic Himalayan views and 108 stupas, the route descends into the lush Punakha Valley. Here, visitors experience one of Bhutan’s most beautiful regions, home to the majestic Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers, sacred fertility temples, and peaceful rural landscapes surrounded by rice fields and mountains.
